You must have a photo ID with you (driver's
license, state ID or Passport) to receive
permanent tattoos or piercing services no matter
how old you are.
You must be 18 years or older to receive a
permanent tattoo or full body piercing
services.
You can be pierced age 14 through 18 (facial
and naval only) if you bring your parent with you

both have Drivers Licenses or Passports,
or (b) your parent has Drivers License or Passport
and you have a photo School ID plus your Birth
Certificate.
We cannot tattoo you if you are drunk (the ink won't stay in properly and your tattoo will end up looking like crap!) or on drugs, and we will not pierce you if you are intoxicated.
You can not be on blood
thinners or anti-coagulants, including aspirin, or
suffering from any skin or blood conditions of any kind. City of Boston Public Health Department code requires that customers with diabetes bring a note from their doctor approving any procedure in advance.
Appointment deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to change your appointment time, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments and last-minute changes will result in losing your deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
